S.M. Hentges & Sons is a civil construction company operating in Iowa, Minnesota, Colorado, and Nebraska. Steve & Jeanette Hentges established our humble roots in the Spring of 1981, starting with a single backhoe and a crane. Over the last 43 years we've grown to a team of over 400 team members with thousands of pieces of equipment, and having completed well over 1,400 complex construction projects. We stand for family, team work, innovation, and getting the job done no matter what it takes.
