JMH Land Development was established in 2020 by Steve and Jeanette Hentges as a complementary business to their successful 40+ year, family-owned general contracting business, S.M. Hentges & Sons. Day-to-day operations are run by Vice President of Operations Mark Sonstegard, who brings 20+ years of experience in site planning, land entitlements, and site development across the Twin Cities.
