CDL DUMP TRUCK DRIVERS

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Dump Truck Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for the safe operation of dump trucks used in hauling materials such as soil, sand, gravel, and construction debris to and from our worksites. The ideal candidate has experience in heavy equipment driving and a strong commitment to safety and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate dump truck safely and efficiently on jobsites and public roadways.
• Transport loads to designated locations and dump materials as directed.
• Inspect vehicle before and after each shift to ensure safety and DOT compliance.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and delivery tickets.
• Work closely with site supervisors and dispatch to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Comply with company policies and all local, state, and federal transportation laws.
• Perform routine maintenance checks — oil, water, tires, and lights.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and report mechanical issues promptly.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL Class A or B license.
• Clean driving record with at least 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Able to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Must pass a DOT drug and alcohol screening.
• Familiarity with local traffic laws, construction zones, and haul routes.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
